This 240mm brazed diamond stone edge profiling wheels are design for shaping the edge or curve line for various granite and marble on router grinding machines.Our specially formulaed diamond grinding segments can deliver a high grinding efficiency with very low costs.

Our diamond stone edge profiling wheel can reduce 40%-50% grinding time than other profiling wheels. Since they never lose their shape, they can be used as Pos.2# to correct the profiles made by a worn out sintered bond profiling wheel. Sometimes,they are also capable of the aggressive work as Pos.1#.These stone edge profiling wheel come with three grit sizes: Coarse, Middle and Fine. The spindle thread is M10 or M8. And the thickness is available from 5mm to 50mm.
