Marble Diamond Segment

This rectangle marble diamond segments is designed for marble block cutting on marble saw blade in single blades or multi diamond blades. Most marble segments are in bronze based metal bond, Cobalt, Copper, Ni, etc. and the color is usually yellow after sand blasting. They are to be welded onto steel blanks with silver alloy and serve as working parts of the diamond cutting blade to cut blocks or tiles.

Marble is softer and more fragile than granite, easy chipping on edges when cutting, this is an important concern of the marble edge cutting and manufacturing of diamond segments for marble edge cutting.
