Sunny diamond wire saw

1. Wire Rope is from Germany,we use copper plated wire rope for rubber injection.

Because the copper and rubber will react chemically and connect each other better together.(pls see attached picture).

2. We use flat spring,which has a higher compression resistance, the diameter is almost the same as the diameter of the wire rope, which have better connected.(pls see attached picture)

The flat spring has been inserted into the beads a little bit, just stuck on the mouth, so that the beads are better connected together, will be not easily broken when working.

3. After injection processing,we will test wire by ourselves. Cut the rubber firsly, if the rubber is easily broken completely or you will see the rubber -plated wire rope quickly, then this injection processing is fail.

But our rubber injection processing is very good.(pls see attached picture)

4.Diameter is 11.0/11.5mm.(This size is popular for stone quarrying)
